We would rather a blunt email than a wrong licence number sitting on the homepage. Write to desk@jackpotquarterhouse.com with the page URL, the sentence, and — if you have it — the register screenshot or app-store listing you are looking at.

What happens next

• We check the UKGC register or the live product, not social media hearsay.
• If we were wrong, we update the page and refresh the “last checked” date where it applies.
• We do not publish a league table of complaints, and we do not mediate your dispute with an operator.

Account issues, bonus credits and ID checks still belong with the operator named on your login.
